Moshe Shushan

Moshe has over 30 years of experience in the Telcom and Telecom Infrastructure sectors. He founded and managed several successful telecom operations.
In 1993 Moshe co-founded Bakcell, the first cellular operator in Azerbaijan, with over 800,000 subscribers. In 1999 Moshe founded and led Leadcom Integrated Solutions, a telecom infrastructure integrator with a global footprint in 24 countries, including Africa. The company was listed in AIM in 2005. In 2005 Moshe founded and led TowerVision, an Indian tower management company with 8,500 telecom towers. The company raised several hundred million Dollars to fund its operations and growth.

Ofer Ahiraz

Prior to co-founding Energy Vision, Ofer had more than 35 years of managerial and operational experience in the international telecom market, most recently as CEO of Leadcom Integrated Solutions, a telecom infrastructure integrator with a global footprint in 24 countries, managing 900 employees worldwide and turnover of $100 million.
From 2001 to 2007 Ofer was the general manager Leadcom’s EMEA. Ofer had full managerial and operational responsibility for the territory, 14 independent subsidiaries generating revenues of over $80 million and a total staff exceeding 350 country managers, project managers, engineers, technicians, and administrators. In his position he established and maintained significant business relations with senior management of top-tier telecom vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Nortel, Motorola) and telecom operators.
Ofer also held several positions in Motorola with a strong focus on African projects.

Ilan Ziri

Ilan began his career at Motorola in sales and management positions, including a management position at Motorola Zaire (DRC), embarking on his 25-year African journey. In 1994, he co-founded the 1,500-employee CFAO Technologies, a French-African solutions integrator, and served as country and regional manager, growing the business and representing companies such as IBM, Cisco, Alvarion, Motorola, Siemens and Huawei in over 15 African countries. In 2001, Ilan moved to the company's headquarters in Paris, as Deputy General Manager in charge of business development.
Prior to co-founding Energy Vision, Ilan managed STA/Leadcom's, a global systems integrator, African Francophone operations in over 10 different countries

Ran Sagee

Prior to co-founding Energy Vision in 2014, Ran spent 6 years as a partner at Mustang Mezzanine Fund, an Israeli–based mezzanine fund. Prior to that, Ran spent 10 years in New York in various positions in the investment banking sector. Most recently, Ran was a transaction director at Dresdner Bank’s infrastructure finance team. Prior to that, Ran held several positions as an investment banker at Dresdner Kleinwort, Credit Suisse First Boston and Wasserstein Perella, with focus on the oil & gas, power & utilities and media / telecom sectors. Ran holds an LL.B. law degree and MBA magna cum laude, both from Tel Aviv University. He attended New York University as part of his MBA.

Moshe Horowitz

Moshe, Chief Technology Officer, has more than 25 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, networks and energy systems. Moshe has held several engineering and management positions in Motorola Israel's Cellular Infrastructure Division, focusing on Sub-Saharan Africa, served as Chief Engineer at Bakcell (Azerbaijan cellular operator) and VP Engineering at Telecosite, an Israeli-based tower management company.
From 2003 until 2015 Moshe held positions at the LR Group, an Africa-focused diversified operating company with telecom, infrastructure and other projects, as project manager for Movicel, an Angola cellular operator, COO of the LR Telecom Division, the owner of Cellcom Liberia and Cellcom Guinea (cellular operators), and Chief Engineer of LR Renewable Energy with a special focus on Photo Voltaic systems.
Moshe holds a B.Sc. Electronic Engineering degree (1986) from Ben-Gurion University, Israel.

Michael Shushan

Michael brings Energy Vision over 30 years of telecom experience. He co-founded and managed CT-Ware and ITS, both active developers of advanced telecom-related technologies, with global sales.

Dr. Or Laufer

Over 25 years' experience in managing ICT (Information and Communication Technology) systems, Computer science software engineer. Founder, CIO & CTO in global leading companies.
Vast relocation experience in the most sophisticated and challenging markets.
Led over 2,000 engineering, technological, information and operation staff worldwide mostly offshore and managed 250M USD budget
